L’Orangerie is a welcoming, shared cultural space available to gîte guests free of charge during the summer season and open for private rental outside the summer months (for weddings, family gatherings, parties with friends, training sessions, meetings, coaching, etc.). We provide the necessary equipment for events accommodating up to 35 seated guests indoors (tables, chairs, tableware), as well as outdoor terraces on either side of the building, a sound system, musical instruments, a 4K HDI cinema setup with a giant screen, vinyl records, books, comics, and games. You can also expand your event setup by arranging for nomad tents, marquees, and associated services on the estate grounds—specifically under the pine trees at the foot of the lighthouse—through our partners.

Additional partners are available to provide e-bike rentals, in-house treatments and massages, and Pilates sessions, or to offer privileged access to the Roz-Marine thalassotherapy center.

Your Hosts

With rich careers as leaders in the digital and associative world, we decided to reinvent ourselves around the Sous Le Phare project to welcome and share. After three years of searching, we dropped anchor at the Kerjean manor in Louannec, a stone's throw from the sea, on the edge of the forest. For two years we renovated the buildings while respecting the stone and the environment to make them classified ecolodges. Living in the manor and managing the estate on a daily basis, we are passionate about culture (music, literature, comics, cinema), lovers of gardens, orchards and vegetable gardens, apprentices in permaculture and beekeepers in our spare time, who we will be happy to help you with discover the treasures and other wonders of the estate, the Côte de Granit Rose and Trégor.
